Removing now-unnecessary forgetLoadedWallpaper(). ag/882986 fixed problems including returning a cached wallpaper after a user switch, making the 'forget...' call unnecessary. Bug: 25185253 Change-Id: I452ea8d097b1f248e1411a88b573e7242ed64290
