Fix scissor for functor invocation Bug: 10677765 enableScissor() must precede setScissorFromClip() as otherwise setScissorFromClip() doesn't do anything. Also make sure to call setScissorFromClip() if enableScissor() returns true as enableScissor() calls resetScissor() if the scissor state has changed.
