StorageManager: Clean up and generalize storage configuration resources Replace config_emulateExternalStorage, config_externalStorageRemovable, config_externalStoragePaths, config_externalStorageDescriptions and config_mtpReserveSpaceMegabytes resources with an XML resource file to describe the external storages that are available.
