Add WebChromeClient.showFileChooser Bug: 6930981 This replaces the never-published openFileChooser, and is more future extensible. Currently hidden; will unhide once working end to end and tested. Change-Id: Ie66750be37e5b90e4a411cec76278369dc8dabe8
