Remove TextViewWordLimitsTest and add WordIteratorTest. TextViewWordLimitsTest tests TextView methods that no longer exists. This removes the obsolete test class and add tests for WordIterator instead. Bug: 24024480 Change-Id: Iffe16c2d7fa680089bc49d1384ce5e232330fb7c
