Avoid SystemUI crash due to NPE BaseStatusBar.createNotificationViews() returns null when it reports handleNotificationError(), leading to a forced crash of the misbehaving app. However, it should not add a null object of Notification.Entry since it will also crash SystemUI (crashing at compare).
