TIF: Notify of size change of the video in TvView

Put the necessary plumbing in place to notify of size change of the
video in TvView.
Put together the track related logic in TvInputManager.Session.
Protected track information with a lock.

Also modified debugging messages more consistently and fixed minor
warnings in TvView.
