Change yMax of Roboto fonts from 2146 to 2163 This is needed so that other UI fonts don't clip, since they have been designed assuming that a yMax of at least 2163 is available to them. The change is achieved by modifying an invisible tiny square that already existed at the extrema of the the glyph for U+FFFD REPLACEMENT CHARACTER that was already the tallest glyph in the fonts.
