Return NULL available bytes when the MTP device is closed. Before MtpDocumentsProvider opens a device, it cannot fetch the storage size. Currently it says 0 bytes available. But actually it is unknown. BUG=26866812 Change-Id: I3f24773da8e76fe1092c11f1335aac9703f1b3f9
