Add OpenJDK Arrays parallelSetAll methods Adds parallelSetAll(int[], java.util.function.IntUnaryOperator), parallelSetAll(long[], java.util.function.IntToLongFunction), parallelSetAll(double[], java.util.function.IntToDoubleFunction), parallelSetAll(T[], java.util.function.IntFunction<? extends T>) from the upstream along with the corresponding tests.
