Remove reflection from InputEventConsistencyVerifier ctor. InputEventConsistencyVerifier can be instantiated during performTraversals, so we should probably not perform reflection when it isn't necessary. Bug: 14899726 Change-Id: Ia722fdc2de469b1ea6463c6523e18a85ddfbc110
