Make android.hardware.usb.action.USB_ACCESSORY_DETACHED... a protected broadcast. The broadcast "android.hardware.usb.action.USB_ACCESSORY_ATTACHED" was accidentally included twice, changed the extra copy to "android.hardware.usb.action.USB_ACCESSORY_DETACHED".
