am 4cceab2d: am ef765bda: add filler version of sidenav that will be removed by javascript. This is simply to reduce the perceived load time, which was previously high because the sidenav was mostly empty. * commit '4cceab2daf3ef4dd3e356fd7ac26dac12f52ab10':
