Merge change Ic4cf6caa into eclair-mr2

* changes:
  Copy SYSTEM_LAST_KMSG from /proc/last_kmsg instead of /data/dontpanic/last_kmsg. (In preparation for not copying to /data/dontpanic/last_kmsg at all.)
