Persist navbar app icon list to disk The icon list is stored in SharedPreferences under com.android.systemui.navbarapps. * Introduced a separate data model class for the navbar app list * All icons are now loaded from PackageManager, not from LauncherApps * Added test for NavigationBarAppsModel Bug: 20024603 Change-Id: I0eb3b9e927d3311818096cfd484d6f5a81acbbc7
