Frameworks/base: Refactor package manager Introduce a mapping between dexopt reasons and compiler filters. Use reasons in package manager and other classes, where possible. Change PackageDexOptimizer to accept a compilation filter. Adapt for the split-out profile merging. Pass compilation filter to installd.
