Fix 5044158: Fix lockscreen layout issues Fixes issue where long OwnerInfo text would squeeze the unlock widget out of the view in landscape modes. Use suggestionsEnabled flag to remove suggestion popup from passwordEntry TextView. Change-Id: I5d6f37fe4b0edddb1af85bd14657ad4a4e6ed09d
