DO NOT MERGE Remove java.io.tmpdir assignment in AndroidRuntime. This value is overridden by the framework anyway (see ActivityThread.handleBindApplication). Besides, it doesn't seem like a great idea to let tools clutter /sdcard/ with temp files.
