Fix exception when calling setPasswordExpirationTimeout Prevent exception when calling setPasswordExpirationTimeout on the parent DPM instance. Callen setExpirationAlarmCheckLocked with the parent userHandle was breaking because getPasswordExpirationLocked was trying to call getProfiles on a different user.
