Dim status icons / battery / clock on opaque bars. Apply consistent alpha to the other status bar elements now that they are intrinsically brighter than before. Bug:10602822 Change-Id: I8ca6ddc844f9c58ddf2a1df8d1a5bd7fb71932d1
