Stop enabling all disabled status bar features from GlobalActions. (DO NOT MERGE) Leaky singleton bug! GlobalActions, recents, and the keyguard are all in the same process and therefore receive the same StatusBarManager instance. Therefore, their calls to enable() and disable() clobber one another.
