Fixed a crash when the detail panel got very big An example was when we have many casting devices or users, it was simply crashing. Also fixed a bug where the background would not be drawn anymore. Bug: 17699850 Change-Id: Ibdb8f75f53da2806dcd7dd1386ebcc345b012f47
