Improve backspace for emoji and variation sequences. This CL makes backspace handling aware of variation selector, combining enclosing keycaps, zero width joiner, regional indicator symbols and emoji modifiers. BUG: 25737208 Change-Id: I740578bfee955cc623e2831778e5b7ec4b8cb627
